The Mary Wade Parade is a local event celebrating its seventh year. The Mary Wade Home is a nonprofit senior care facility founded in 1866 and located on Clinton Avenue, here in Fair Haven. For Memorial Day, they host a parade for their residents, many of whom are veterans and are unable to make it to community celebrations. The parade is a way to honor their service and provide a great event for the entire neighborhood.
